SAMMLUNG BÄUERLICHER GERÄTE / COLLECTION OF FARMING EQUIPMENT

Private collection in the Troidlhof Stamsried – Löwenbrunn

Sammlung bäuerlicher Geräte - Museum im Bayerischen Wald

Even in the founding assembly of the Stamsrieder Heimatverein it was talked about that, as long as it is still possible, agricultural equipment should be collected to preserve it for posterity. The first problem was to ask where and where to put these devices. To general amazement and, above all, with great relief, it was learned that a young man, Stefan Haas of Troidlhof, from Löwenbrunn in the former farm buildings such as stables, sheds and barns of his parents had been around for some time to collect traditional, old farm equipment and prepare.

He was supported by his whole family, especially his father, who is a mechanical engineer by profession. In the meantime, everything that has been used and used in agriculture over the past two centuries has come together, from implements such as centrifuges, scythes, manure forks, flail hammers, ploughs, ploughs, lorries, sowing and mowing equipment to bulldogs and even threshing machines. Visit the unique private collection. Stefan Haas and his family appreciate your interest.
